Welcome to HUMANATO- Medical Imaging Anatomy Atlas Application. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Application, so please read them carefully before accessing or using the Application.

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Application.
  2. Use of the Application: The Application is intended for educational and informational purposes only. You may use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on up to 3 devices. Access to the Application on additional devices requires the purchase of additional licenses. You can view the details of the devices logged into your account from the subscription menu within the Application. Additionally, your username and password are non-transferrable and should not be shared with others. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any unauthorized use of the Application is strictly prohibited. Unless otherwise specified, the software should be used only by individuals who have attained the age of majority in their jurisdiction (18 years in the case of India)
  3. Medical Advice Disclaimer: The content provided in the Application, including but not limited to images, diagrams, and descriptions, is not intended to constitute medical advice. You should not rely on the information provided in the Application as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition or treatment.

Accuracy of Information: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information in the Application, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information contained in the Application. Reliance on any information provided in the Application is solely at your own risk.

Intellectual Property Rights: The content and materials available in the Application, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on such content and materials without our prior written consent.

  10. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
  11. Payment Terms:
    • a) Payment Methods: The Application offers two payment methods:
      1. i) One-time payment: Users can make a single payment for access to the Application.
      2. ii) Recurring subscription payment: Users can opt for a subscription plan, which requires recurring payments. Only credit card payments are supported for subscription payments.
    • b) Currency Fluctuation Warning: For users opting for the recurring subscription payment method, please note that currency fluctuation may impact the final pricing of future payments. Changes in exchange rates may affect the amount charged to your credit card during each billing cycle.
    • c) Subscription Price Changes: The subscription price for access to the Application is subject to change on a yearly basis. We reserve the right to adjust the subscription pricing at any time. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to users in advance of their next billing cycle.
  12. Device Limitation Policy: You may use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on up to 3 devices. Each web browser you use to access our service will be identified as a unique device. You are allowed to have a maximum of three devices logged into your account simultaneously. If you exceed this limit, you will need to log out from one of the existing devices to log in from a new one.

By selecting the recurring subscription payment method, you agree to the possibility of currency fluctuation affecting future payments and acknowledge that the subscription price is subject to change on a yearly basis.
